Former Olympian, Bruce Jenner is reported to be facing a wrongful death suit in connection with a fatal crash that happened in February along the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California. At the time of the crash, Jenner slammed on his brakes causing a Lexus driven by 69-year-old, Kim Howe to slide into oncoming traffic.
As a result, Howe died from her injuries, and now her family members are seeking justice; specifically her stepchildren. Although it is reported that Howe and her stepchildren were estranged prior to the accident, they are now suing Jenner. To make matters even more complicated, Howe left the vast majority of her assets, which is worth millions to various animal rights and protection groups rather than family.
