Each year there are thousands of accidents involving trains colliding with vehicles or pedestrians. Typically, all railroad accidents result in serious injuries and fatalities. The weight of a train combined with speed creates a force that causes devastating accidents. Several factors contribute to a train accident and several accidents occur in railroad crossings that lack proper warning devices. If you or a loved one has been injured or killed in a railroad accident, contacting a personal injury attorney is important to receive a full investigation of the accident.
