Sadly a Florida man was killed Tuesday night in a Myrtle Beach car crash. In addition, 40-year-old, Josue Pimentel was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in a car crash on 33rd Avenue near the U.S. 17 bypass. Pimentel died shortly afterwards.
Tragically that was not the only fatal accident of the evening in Horry County. Furthermore, 45-year-old, Stacie Pannell died in a motorcycle crash Tuesday night after the bike crashed off Frontage Road. After Pannell’s motorcycle left the road, it hit a curb and a cable box.
Panell was killed upon impact, and was not wearing a helmet at the time of the motorcycle accident. Another passenger was on the motorcycle at the time of the crash, and was not wearing a helmet as well. The passenger was taken to a nearby hospital with injures, and their condition is not known. Both crashes are under investigation.
