Tragically two people have died as a result of a fatal semi crash with a vehicle that happened in Washington County, Missouri. Furthermore, the car crash happened Monday afternoon when a couple in a pickup truck heading east crossed the centerline of Highway 8 near Hopewell Road. The couple’s vehicle hit the semi truck head-on.
Sadly 31-year-old, James Sutphin and 30-year-old, Terri Pulliam died at the scene from their injuries. According to police neither Sutphin nor Pulliam were wearing a seatbelt at the time of the car crash. The driver of the semi was a 45-year-old man from southern Missouri. He was injured in the semi crash.
