As we enter into winter, the number of motorcycle accidents will decline due to the obvious fact that there are fewer motorcyclists on the roadways in the colder months. However, annually motorcycle accidents injure and kill thousands of individuals. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported that 4,668 individuals were killed in motorcycle crashes in 2013. Due to the openness of the motorcycle, there is a lack of protection that results in individuals being 26 times more likely to be killed in a crash compared to individuals that travel in a car. If you have been injured in a motorcycle crash, you may have grounds to file a case for your damages.
