Sadly a Clinton, New Jersey woman was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash last week. Furthermore, the motorcycle crash happened when the bike she was a passenger on was struck by another vehicle. The crash happened at Christopher Columbus Drive and Monmouth Street Thursday night when a vehicle was turning left, and hit the motorcycle that was headed west. Apparently the driver of the car turning left did not see the motorcycle.
The driver of the motorcycle was a 29-year-old man, and suffered an injury to his back. The woman who was injured passenger in the motorcycle crash was 22-years-old, and suffered injuries to her head including a fractured skill and bleeding on her brain. According to four witnesses that saw the motorcycle crash, the bike was believed to be traveling at speeds upwards of 75 mph. The crash is still under investigation, and so far no citations have been issued.
