Joe Williams, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch movie critic, was killed in a car accident on Sunday night. The accident happened in Jefferson County, Missouri when Williams was operating his 2000 Lexus 300 traveling southbound on Highway 67. Williams, 57, apparently veered left and then overcorrected his vehicle causing it to go into a ditch along the right side of the roadway. The Lexus then overturned, landing on its roof and Williams was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Authorities are continuing to investigate the accident.
