It was total melee near a San Diego library Saturday near downtown when a dog bit three people. Furthermore, police responded to a report of people fighting at the intersection of J and 13th Streets. As one of the people involved in the fight tried to flee, another person and their dog chased them. As a result, more people began to join in the chase, and the fight continued down the street.
Eventually, more than 20 people were involved in the fight, and one personal allegedly was using a large stick or bag. During the crazy scene, the dog bit three people. When police arrived, they broke up the fight and ended up arresting one man, and animal control detained the canine. The breed of the dog is unknown, and the current condition of the people bitten has not been reported as well. An investigation into the premises incident is pending.
