According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, in 2013 there were 4,585 workplace fatalities. Losing a loved one is tragic and can be devastating if their death was preventable. If you have lost a loved one in a wrongful death accident, you may be entitled to compensation for medical bills, funeral expenses, and lost wages. There is no amount of money that will ease the pain of losing a loved one. However, contacting a knowledgeable St. Louis wrongful death attorney can alleviate the stress of negotiating with insurance adjusters and investigating the accident.
