Sadly, a Berks County, Pennsylvania pastor was killed, and another was severely injured following a motorcycle accident. In addition, Pastor Lynn Koch was killed over the weekend, and her husband severely injured after their motorcycle crashed on Grange Road Sunday evening. The motorcycle crash happened when another vehicle hit the couple on the motorcycle. Lynn was killed on the scene, and her husband, Bryan has suffered an amputated leg as well as internal injuries.
The Koch’s have both been longtime servers at the Glad Tiding Church in Spring Township for more than 30 years. Bryan has been a pastor there for 25 years, and Lynn had just been ordained no more than a month ago. The entire church congregation is now mourning the tragic loss of Lynn, and praying for Bryan’s recovery. Currently, there is an investigation into the cause of the accident, yet no charges have been filed yet.
