As police officers began their investigation at the scene of an auto accident, a driver crashed into the wreckage causing a police officer to sustain injuries, as well as another driver at the scene. The accident occurred Tuesday night in Webster Groves. The original accident happened at around 6:25 p.m. involving multi-vehicles on North Elm Street.
