The automotive company, Honda, has issued a recall for over 145,000 motorcycles. The recall is due to defective brakes that can cause a fire. There have been consumer reports linking the issue to eight fires, and it is unknown if any injuries were sustained. Honda is recalling the Honda GL1800 produced between 2001 and 2015; motorcycle modes GL 1800A made from 2001 to 2005; and the 2013 to 2015 models of GL 1800B. The latest recall is the third that has been issued on some of these motorcycles. Owners of the recalled vehicles are encouraged to contact a Honda dealer to schedule the replacement of the brake master cylinders.
