Sadly a man that dedicated his life to saving others has died when he was killed in a car crash that happened on Wednesday. According to police, 32-year-old, Michael Golden Jr. died when the vehicle he was driving was involved in a head-on collision. Tragically Golden died from his severe injuries. For unknown reasons Golden’s car crossed the centerline, thus causing the car crash. Golden was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
Golden was not on duty at the time of the fatal car crash. Likewise, Golden is an 11-year-veteran of the Brooklyn Park Fire Station. Nearby fire stations have also sent condolences in light of Golden’s passing.
