Sadly in Port Ludlow, Washington one elderly man is dead and three others are injured following a fatal car crash. Furthermore, 88-year-old passenger, Robert Frank Dawson died after the vehicle he was in collided head-on with another.
Likewise, the head-on car crash happened Wednesday afternoon on Highway 104 when 73-year-old, Charles Ellis Russel crossed his vehicle over the centerline into the eastbound traffic. Russell’s vehicle then hit another pickup truck driven by 53-year-old, Pamela Jonell. Dawson was the passenger is Jonell’s vehicle and died on the scene.
Both Russell and the other passenger in Joell’s vehicle, Brett Frank Dawson was injured in the car crash and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Drugs or alcohol are not believed to be a factor in the fatal car crash.
