On Friday morning, a single-vehicle car accident claimed the life of a driver in Iowa. Witnesses called 911 just before 12 p.m. reporting a rollover accident on Northeast 29th Street in Ankeny, Ohio. When emergency crews arrived, they discovered the vehicle on its side and it had become lodged between two trees. Tragically, the female driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident and a child was transported to the hospital. The condition or extent of the child’s injuries is unknown. The accident remains under investigation.
After a car accident, have you questioned whether you need an attorney? The answer is always yes. It is common for individuals to experience property damage, injuries, and even death in an auto accident. If another party is liable for your damages, you could be entitled to compensation. While the negligent party's insurer may offer you compensation, it is often well below the amount you deserve. An experienced car accident attorney can determine who is liable and if you have grounds to file an auto accident case.
