Millions of drivers are guilty of negligent and reckless driving every year. Fortunately, not every time a driver commits negligence an auto accident occurs. However, thousands of crashes happen every year due to the reckless actions of a motorist. Distracted driving, fatigued driving, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and speeding cause auto accidents that result in property damages, serious injuries, and death. After a crash, authorities will investigate your accident but a thorough analysis should be conducted by an experienced auto accident attorney to determine if you are entitled to financial compensation.
