Bus accidents can be severe not only for the size of the vehicle but also for the amount of occupants a bus can transport. While all auto accidents can be alarming, school bus accidents are especially frightening due to the involvement of children. Every parent wants to have confidence that their child will be safe at all times, and when an accident occurs that could have been prevented, it is heartbreaking. Every auto accident should be completely analyzed to determine if those injured have grounds to file a case in an attempt to obtain justice and recover compensation. Once liability is established, victims could receive compensation for medical bills, lost wages, property damages, pain and suffering.
