Investigators in New York are attempting to determine the cause of a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred on Saturday evening. The incident occurred in Batavia at approximately 7:01 PM. According to the police, 58-year-old Joseph W. Ogozaly was attempting to cross the intersection of Main and Bank Street when he was struck by a pickup truck.
