A driver has been charged with DUI stemming from a fatal auto accident that occurred in November. The crash happened in Harrison County, Virginia when 25-year-old Robert A. Skidmore Jr. was operating a white Chevrolet Silverado and attempted to pass a Toyota Forerunner when it struck a blue Chevy Silverado. The impact caused the blue Silverado to veer off the roadway and collide with a tree. The white Chevy struck a ditch and then overturned. Tragically, 30-year-old Michael Bryan was killed in the crash as a passenger in the blue Silverado that struck the tree. The vehicles were traveling on Route 19 near Shinnston.
