A fatal work accident has left a man dead in St. Louis on Friday morning. According to authorities, a person was pinned under a forklift and died from their injuries. The fatal accident happened just south of the McKinley Bridge in the 100 block of Buchanan Street at approximately 9 a.m. The victim was said to be in his 30s and was an employee at Gunther Salt Co.
