Two House Springs, Missouri men were killed in a multiple vehicle crash on Highway 30 last Thursday afternoon. A 23-year-old man and 77-year-old man died of the injuries after being transported from the crash to St. Anthony's Medical Center. A report by the Missouri Highway Patrol stated the crash occurred at approximately 2:40 p.m. just east of the intersection of Missouri Highway 30 and Dillon Road in High Ridge. The eastbound 23-year-old man was driving a Ford Ranger on Highway 30 when he struck a Chevrolet Silverado as he tried to change lanes. The Silverado overturned in a grass median. The Ranger veered and overturned into the westbound lanes of Highway 30 and crashed into an oncoming Plymouth Prowler. The drivers in the Ranger and the Prowler died from injuries sustained in the crash. The 54-year-old driver of the Silverado was not hurt in the accident. A section of the westbound lanes of Highway 30 were still closed about an hour after the crash.
