A driver has been arrested after causing a bus accident that resulted in at least 13 people suffering injuries. The accident happened on Saturday evening in Las Vegas, when a Toyota car was traveling in the left lane of U.S. 100 NB when the driver crossed into the center lane that was occupied by a bus. The car struck the side of the bus causing it to overturn and land on its’ side near the I-15 interchange. The 15 passenger bus belonged to a helicopter tour company and there were at least 13 people injuries, including one person who is listed in critical condition. The individual driving the Toyota has been arrested for DUI and it is unknown if he was injured in the crash. Traffic was backed up for several hours after the crash that occurred just before 8 p.m.
