An auto accident has left a Tennessee family with nowhere to live. A minivan has crashed into the side of their home, leaving eight family members homeless. Police report a man drove his minivan into the side of the home on Kipling Drive into a room where two people were sleeping. No one in the house was injured, and the driver was treated at a nearby hospital for serious but non-life threatening injuries. Family members claim the crash caused the entire house to shake so violently they thought it would collapse. Police are still investigating the accident. No information has been given as to why the man crashed into the house. No charges have been filed yet. Engineers have inspected the house, finding the family could stay if they avoided the damaged room. However, the family of eight is too cramped to stay in the home while it is being repaired. Some of the members have special needs and need more space than available at the home as the foundation is being repaired.
