All pedestrians take risks anytime they are walking on or near a road, especially during low visibility hours such as early morning or evening. Taking proper precautions can help protect you when you are walking or riding your bike. Contacting an attorney is imperative if you are injured in a pedestrian accident. Many factors can determine whether or not you have a possible case, so it is essential to have professional and experienced representation. Many think that the vehicle driver is liable, which can be the case. However, it is also important to look at other factors that may have caused the accident. Faulty traffic signals, damaged sidewalks or crosswalks and road hazards could all contribute to a pedestrian accident. Your legal team should address all concerns, causes, and questions you have.
