A fatal vehicle accident took place in Chicago on I-94 on Sunday around 9:30 in the morning. The accident occurred when a Chevrolet Trailblazer veered out of its lane of traffic, collided with a Cadillac, then crashed into a concrete barrier. This resulted in the SUV rolling and the ejection of the driver. The Illinois State Police reported that the woman driving the vehicle was traveling at a quick rate when the accident took place. Additionally, she was not wearing her seat belt. Tragically, she passed away at the hospital after the accident. The two people that were in the Cadillac at the time of the accident were both wearing their seatbelts and were injured minorly.
