Companies, distributors, manufacturers, and retailers are responsible for the products that they produce and sell. Product liability laws help protect consumers from dangerous products that may cause injuries. Whenever there are any issues with products companies are responsible for alerting consumers of potential problems before injuries arise. However, injuries can happen before the company can get the word out. Injuries can be painful, severe and costly. Consumers can also feel stress because they feel financially responsible for any medical bills, physical therapy needs, mental anguish and possible home modifications for life-altering injuries. Victims might not have to depend on their finances if they were injured by a dangerous product at no fault of their own. Always contact a product liability attorney to assess your injuries and potential case. An experienced attorney will be able to decide if you can hold the company accountable and responsible for your injuries.
